Next To Heaven Organization & Cleaning — CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a client needs to reschedule a cleaning appointment, the client must give a 24 hour notice. If a client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, the client must pay 50% of the cancelled cleaning. Cancelling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total scheduled cleanings will be deemed a material breach and allow Next To Heaven Organization & Cleaning to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement.
In the event client wants to cancel a cleaning contract, they will be penalized one cleaning fee.
LATE FEE POLICY
After 5 days of non-payment of invoice, a $10 late fee will be added to bill each week until bill is paid. If client refuses to pay bill after 2 weeks from due date on invoice, Next To Heaven Organization & Cleaning will drop client and or pursue legal actions.
